The Walksnail Moonlight camera has a wide-angle 160-degree field of view, providing a more realistic image. It features a starlight sensor for better low-light performance, ensuring clear images even at night. The camera supports 4K recording at 30/60 fps, 2.7K at 30/60 fps, 1080p at 100/60 fps and 720p at 60 fps. It also includes technologies like rolling shutter, ISO ranging from 100-25600 and a maximum bitrate of 150Mbps. The video format is MP4 (H.264). The kit includes built-in electronic image stabilization (EIS) and supports Gyroflow technology, which ensures smooth and stable video quality. This is especially beneficial for freestyle flying. The video transmitter has an SD card slot of up to 256GB. When using a 6S battery, a minimum 470uF/50V capacitor must be installed.
The VTX Moonlight is rugged with an all-metal construction. It allows on-board recording at 4k resolution at 60 FPS with a maximum bitrate of 150Mbps. The transmitter uses a dual antenna system to improve range and link quality. It has a wide input voltage range of 7.4V-25.2V, allowing it to be powered directly from the FPV drone' s main battery (2-6S). When using a 6S battery, a minimum 470uF/50V capacitor must be installed.
The system is compatible with Avatar HD Goggles X FPV goggles. A firmware update is required for compatibility with other models. It has a microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 256G), USB ports and a pairing button for easy setup.
The dimensions of the camera are 19.6mm x 19mm x 24mm and the dimensions of the VTX are 15.3mm x 34.5mm x 34.5mm. The total weight of the kit is approximately 38.5g (without the antenna). Also included are silicone pads for a stable camera mount and ND8 filters for various scenes.
