The protection of personal data is part of the Terms and Conditions of the online store www.6sfull.cz (Filip Ráž).

The protection of personal data of the buyer, who is a natural person, is provided by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended.

The buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data: name and surname, home address, identification number, tax identification number, email address, and phone number (hereinafter collectively referred to as "personal data").

The buyer agrees to the processing of personal data by the seller for the purpose of fulfilling the rights and obligations under the purchase agreement and for the purpose of maintaining the user account. If the buyer does not choose another option, they also consent to the processing of personal data by the seller for the purpose of sending information and commercial communications to the buyer. Consent to the processing of personal data in the full scope of this article is not a condition that would by itself prevent the conclusion of the purchase agreement.

The buyer acknowledges that they are obliged to provide their personal data (during registration, in their user account, when ordering from the online store interface) correctly and truthfully, and that they are obliged to inform the seller without undue delay about any changes to their personal data.

The seller may authorize a third party, as a data processor, to process the buyer's personal data. Except for individuals involved in delivering goods, the seller will not provide personal data to third parties without the buyer's prior consent.

Personal data will be processed indefinitely. Personal data will be processed electronically in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.

The buyer confirms that the provided personal data is accurate and that they have been informed that providing personal data is voluntary.

If the buyer believes that the seller or processor is processing their personal data in a manner that violates the privacy and personal life of the buyer or is contrary to the law, especially if the personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of its processing, they may: request an explanation from the seller or processor, demand that the seller or processor rectify the situation.

In cases where the seller is also the provider of other services, such as mobile applications, and uses image or sound recordings for this purpose, they declare that these data are not stored on the seller's servers, nor are they handled in any way, and are used exclusively for the operation of the application.

If the buyer requests information about the processing of their personal data, the seller is obliged to provide this information. The seller has the right to charge a reasonable fee for providing the information under the previous sentence, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information.

These terms come into effect on February 11, 2020.
