The Meteor65 comes with a 31mm propeller and AIO F4 1S 5A FC (2022) with built-in ExpressLRS 2.4G serial version, VTX with up to 350 mW of power, 19500KV 0802SE motors, and C03 FPV camera... All aspects of performance are perfectly balanced.

Pairing procedure. Turn on the drone either via usb or battery. Wait for the green LED to flash rapidly on the FC, at which point connect to the ExpressLRS Wifi to upload the generated FW. After reboot the receiver is updated and in case of BINDING PHASE (pairing password) also paired with the radio.
