COMPLAINTS
If you need to make a complaint about an electronic component (ESC, FC, receiver, etc.) that has already been installed or has soldered contacts, please send a photo of the wiring and the part itself to the email info@6sfull.cz. Then, send the complained item, properly packed with the completed complaint form (available for download here), to our address or the delivery point of the parcel service.

RETURNING GOODS
To withdraw from the purchase agreement, you can do so at your own expense within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. Then, send the undamaged goods properly packed, without cash on delivery, with the completed complaint form (withdrawal-from-contract) to our address or the delivery point of the parcel service.
